Christy Goldfuss and Kate Kelly on President Trump’s monumental attack

In this episode of Go West, Young Podcast, Obama administration veterans Christy Goldfuss and Kate Kelly take us behind the scenes of the creation of Bears Ears and other national monuments, and give us their take on President Trump’s executive order targeting dozens of monument designations dating back more than 20 years.

Goldfuss was the managing director of the White House Council on Environmental Quality, while Kelly was a senior advisor to Interior Secretary Sally Jewell. Both are now at the Center for American Progress.
