REPORTER FACT SHEET: Public Lands, Public Opinion

DENVER—In advance of Gov. Jeb Bush’s public lands policy announcement in Nevada on Wednesday, the Center for Western Priorities is pleased to provide this context on public opinion regarding public lands issues in the West.

This fact sheet is drawn from recent public opinion surveys by the Colorado College State of the Rockies project and CWP’s American Public Lands Project. Polling was conducted in 2014 and 2015 by Public Opinion Strategies and Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz & Associates.
